All Knife&Fig meals are prepared with the freshest produce and highest quality ingredients in order to fuel our athletes for their training and performance as well as promote recovery. 

All meals are made using fresh, in-season, local produce. Please allow 2-3 business days for cooking and delivery of your meals.
